You can use these vegetable oils for cooking to receive your share of omega 3 fats on a daily basis. Alternatively these oils can be consumed directly. Normally 1 to 2 tablespoons of these oils is sufficient to fulfill daily omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids requirement.
